VetTech Australia Pty Ltd has a 14-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your goods to VetTech Australia either in person or via courier within 14 days upon the invoice of your product/s. All item/s must be returned in original condition and packaging along with an approved RA number. A full refund will be available in the instance of major faults/defects.

1.) Phone us on 1300 339 139 to obtain an RA (Returns Authorisation) number.

2.) Please enclose a note with your return that advises us of the RA number and reason for return. 

NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCPETED WITHOUT RA APPROVAL.

We recommended packaging your returns safely to ensure no damage is caused during transit. If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package.

Please note that all returns will be assessed on a case by case basis and may incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
